Chef Michael Beltran, renowned for earning a prestigious Michelin Star at Ariete, has once again elevated Miami’s culinary scene with the introduction of Brasserie Laurel — a remarkable venture by the Ariete Hospitality Group. The grand opening last December marked the initiation of a gastronomic experience, blending French-inspired flavors with the vibrant essence of Miami. The establishment adds another gem to the city’s array of remarkable dining and drinking destinations, solidifying Chef Beltran’s reputation for delivering culinary excellence.

Upon arrival, the esteemed assembly of Haute Leaders engaged in delightful conversation while indulging in signature cocktails. Among the exquisite libations were the Moulin Rouge, characterized by hints of whiskey, Campari, sweet vermouth, egg whites, and lemon, and the Triboulet, which delighted the palate with mezcal, Aperol, rosemary, mint, and lime flavors.

Following an elegant cocktail hour, the evening transitioned seamlessly into a family-style dinner. The culinary journey commenced with a delectable array of appetizers, including the exquisite Duck Liver Mousse Tarts, Tuna Tartare Bites, savory Moules Frite Bits, Escargot, flavorful Grilled Mushrooms, and Beet Salad.

Continuing the gastronomic odyssey, the main course unfolded with an impressive selection of entrees that catered to diverse palates. Diners were treated to a succulent Halibut, a mouthwatering Brasserie Burger, and a classic Steak Au Poivre, each prepared to perfection. As the culinary journey reached its end, guests were treated to a sweet finale with the delicious Baba Au Rhum, a decadent dessert with a hint of rum-soaked indulgence, and a refreshing Seasonal Sorbet, providing a light and flavorful conclusion to the memorable dining experience.
