As of the fall of 2023, Cozza Law Group will add a location in Nashville, TN. Rocco is also the CEO of Alpha LPO LLC, a strategic legal process outsourcing provider. During his nearly 20 years of practicing law, he has advised hundreds of businesses and business owners across the country on a wide array of matters. He takes a practical, business-first approach to providing counsel to his clients while helping them navigate the legal landscape in which their businesses operate.
Additionally, Rocco also advises early-stage start-ups in funding transactions and spent 13 years as General Counsel of an international Information Technology firm.
