Sean “Diddy” Combs is confronting new allegations in a lawsuit filed by Adria English, known professionally as Omunique. English claims she was ensnared in a cycle of trafficking without consent, asserting Combs exploited her vulnerability.
This lawsuit marks at least the tenth legal action against the rap icon, alleging physical abuse and trafficking. Combs recently settled a similar case brought by his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, apologizing for his past actions captured in a surveillance video. Despite denial of the allegations, these legal battles persist.
According to English’s lawsuit, she encountered Combs while working as a dancer in New York. Allegedly, she was coerced into attending parties hosted by Combs, where she was provided substances and subjected to assault.
Filed in the Southern District of New York, the lawsuit also implicates a woman accused of aiding Combs in the trafficking operation. Drawing parallels to Ghislaine Maxwell’s role with Jeffrey Epstein, the complaint alleges this woman facilitated Combs’ activities.
Combs and his legal team assert his innocence, condemning what they describe as baseless accusations in a series of lawsuits. They emphasize the need for a fair judicial process to ascertain the truth amidst these claims.
The woman accused of facilitating the alleged trafficking operation has yet to respond to requests for comment.
