Mr. Garcia has been an entrepreneur from an early age. This area of law is a strong passion of Mr. Garcia, so much so that he is currently working with state congressmen to pass tax legislation in Florida that would provide more resources and support to small businesses struggling with tax liabilities.
Mr. Garcia’s substantial understanding of finance and knowledge of wealth and tax strategies leaves him in an exceedingly qualified position to serve his estate planning clients as well. In particular, Mr. Garcia’s prior experience as an accounting consultant led to a natural transition into Estate Planning law where he advises clients on the best way to secure their assets to ensure a smooth probate process in the future.
