Television mogul, Bravo kingpin, and beloved late-night host Andy Cohen is no stranger to being in the spotlight. But at 56, the Watch What Happens Live host has made a small, stylish pivot in his beauty regimen, and he's not afraid to talk about it.

In a refreshingly honest moment, Cohen recently revealed that he dipped his toes into the world of injectables for the very first time. “About a month ago, they gave me a little,” he shared, referring to Botox during a lighthearted reflection on his evolving approach to self-care.
Long admired for his candor and quick wit, Cohen has often danced around the idea of cosmetic enhancements. Years prior, he confidently declared he didn’t feel the need for it. “It’s just not something I think I need to do,” he once said. But time and perhaps a little gentle nudging can shift perspectives.
Among those who encouraged him? None other than the late, great Joan Rivers. “She used to beg me to get Botox,” Cohen recalled during an appearance on the How to Fail podcast. And while the silver-haired Bravo executive hesitated, he finally joined the ranks of countless male TV hosts quietly indulging in the age-defying treatment.
“How about that? The gay guy is the one that doesn’t have the Botox!” he joked.
Even medical pros had told him to hold off. Dr. Terry Dubrow, known from Botched, once advised him on-air, “You don’t need any of these. Don’t do it.” For years, Cohen obliged until now.
Today, he’s taking a minimalist approach, easing into the cosmetic scene with restraint and style. “It was just a little,” he emphasized, proving that even in the beauty space, less can indeed be more.
Cohen’s subtle shift mirrors a broader cultural embrace of self-enhancement, especially among men in media. With Botox now being openly discussed on reality reunions (including a recent Real Housewives of Beverly Hills taping where Erika Jayne chimed in about her touch-up), the conversation around cosmetic treatments is becoming as normalized as skincare.
One thing’s for certain: whether behind the bar at Bravo or sitting in a dermatologist's chair, Andy Cohen continues to lead with charm, transparency, and just the right touch of glamour.
