Greatest achievement:
Our greatest achievement has been being able to constantly overcome everything thrown our way. We purchased our business on March 1st, 2020, and had to shut down on March, 21st, 2020. During that time we began to build a business model and proprietary methods that we knew would sustain us if we were given the chance to truly open up, hang on, and show the community what we could do. We were able to reopen and keep all of our staff and were awarded Best Med Spa for all of Collier County that same year and have remained the reward winner every year since.
The future of Medical Spas:
The future of our field is so exciting! It’s constantly evolving, changing, and growing. New machines, techniques, and procedures find their way onto the market monthly and the aesthetics industry has grown into the billions- with non-surgical procedures (our direct market) making up 1/3 of the 99.1 billion dollars aesthetics has claimed according to the Aesthetic Medicine Market Size & Growth Report.
The biggest misconception about our field:
Of course, the biggest misconception is going to be that we are vain. Are we saving lives? Absolutely not. But are we changing the quality of them? Yes. People are kinder, happier, and more confident in their lives, relationships, and jobs when they feel good about themselves. We will never sell anyone anything that they do not need. Our goal is simply to have your head held higher when you walk out than it was when you walked in.

Skin Deep Naples most requested procedures:
Injectables, photo facials, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal. We are the #1 provider of tattoo removal in Southwest Florida and have a fabulous reputation in that arena. Being in Florida, hair removal is always going to be requested as well as sun damage removal which we are also known for. And of course injectables! That is a large part of any med spa and is the largest growing non-medical procedure in our industry.
Surgical advancements you're most excited about:
We tend to get more excited about Non-surgical advancements, but that is advancing too! We recently brought on Sofwave and PDO Threading to reduce the need for surgical facelifts and give patients an alternative to going under the knife. We have seen huge success and were featured on the news for the success of Sofwave as a non-surgical alternative.

We are known for our boutique, friendly environment, tattoo removal, and photo facials. We were asked to provide information on tattoo removal for Allure Magazine, and our photo facials are quickly becoming one of our top procedures.
Most memorable patient reaction:
Anytime a patient cries, it gets to me! When they look in the mirror and cry, or tell us what their newfound confidence has done for them, or what it took for them to trust us enough with their face-all those reactions are memorable and moving. It’s why we do what we do.
These patients become our friends and family, we know about them and their lives and goals, and why they are in the chair is always so much deeper than what they put on their intake form. They are not truly JUST there for filler there’s always something so much deeper than that. Uncovering that truth and then getting them the result and seeing that reaction take place is something I will never stop working for and enjoying.
What do you love most about your profession:
The growth, the people, and the fun! This industry has been booming since the early 2000s and has never let up steam. There’s always something new to be learning, doing, and experiencing. Getting to know everyone who comes through the door is truly an honor we don’t take lightly. These people are putting infinite trust in us and we value that. And working in aesthetics is just so fun! Not many people can say that their job is as fun as ours is. People tell us all the time how they wish they could work in our industry.
Career-defining procedure:
Tattoo removal and photo facials. To do a good photo facial you need a good machine, but to do a GREAT one you need experience. I have spent years perfecting techniques, honing in on exactly how many treatments will be needed, and the exact method for knocking it out of the park and ensuring a perfectly clear complexion.
