1. Take a nap

Maybe you slept with your head jammed between pillows. Perhaps you didn't sleep at all. Perhaps you had too much wine and food last night. Whatever the case is, take a nap. Beauty sleep is natural. Our skin uses sleep to heal itself from the damage. When you rest, your skin gets the chance to improve. You will notice waking up fresher and more glowing.

2. Apply all things icy and cold

Ice ice, baby! Whether it's cold globes, cryo spoons, ice rollers, or just an ice cube from the freezer, it will make magic to your face in seconds. How does it work? Cold compresses constrict blood vessels and reduce inflammation, diminishing the appearance of puffiness. You can also take it to another level with a frozen cocktail of cucumber and green tea ice cubes. Green tea is packed with powerful antioxidants and cucumbers, which can offer a hydrating effect, reducing dryness, redness and swelling.

Into the creative mix of options are chilled raw potato slices. Though french fries might be bad for you, this vegetable's enzymes and astringent properties help reduce inflammation and tighten skin. This remedy will also help eliminate wrinkles and dark circles around your eyes.

Make it drain! Facial massage stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, defines your facial contour, and provides an instant natural glow. Did you ever pop a blister, and clear liquid came out? Please think of this liquid traveling under our skin. Gua Sha lymphatic massage is the best way to detox and get rid of excess fluids. Yes, your face will look like it lost some weight.

If you happen to have a Microcurrent at home, you can fix puffy eyes in minutes. Microcurrent reaches deep into the muscles and surrounding tissue to lift, improve tone, and reduce dark circles and eye bags.
