After a lively weekend at BravoCon 2022, we find it a spectacular time to introduce you to the one and only, Dr. Ira Savetsky, the board-certified plastic surgeon and new Real Househusband of The Real Housewives of New York City star, Lizzy Savetsky.

Now, as you might be wondering, just like we were, how did this match meet? Taking you back a few years, here is a (very) quick synopsis of their story. Lizzy was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She later moved to New York City to study at New York University (NYU). Soon after, she met Ira, a native New Yorker, through mutual friends. Just years later they tied the knot. Residing in the Upper East Side for eight years, they finally headed back to Lizzy’s home state hunkering down in Dallas, Texas, where Dr. Savetsky pursued specialty training in aesthetic surgery. Throughout this time the Savetsky’s grew, having three beautiful children: Stella, Juliet and Ollie.

“When Lizzy and I first started dating I told her that there was only one condition – I want to raise my family in New York City,” said Ira. After what was meant to be just one year which turned into three years in Dallas, they recently picked up and moved back to the city that never sleeps and they couldn’t be more excited.

As they transitioned back to the city, it is by no surprise that this power couple continued to live their action-packed lives adding RHONY to the mix. While Lizzy continues to grow her social media following of 215k+ and matchmaking passion, she has also played a large part in building Dr. Savetsky’s practice on the famed Park Avenue. “Building my practice is something we work on together. It is a focal point of what we are doing day-to-day. Lizzy is always stopping by and ensuring the décor is up to her standards.”

Dr. Savetsky specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, breasts, and body. As a board-certified plastic surgeon with a strong background consisting of an unrivaled level of education and training in aesthetic, reconstructive, and craniofacial surgery, Dr. Savetsky has been able to enhance the natural beauty of his patients one surgery at a time. “To provide each patient with a refreshed and refined result while maintaining his or her distinctive overall appearance,” is the philosophy that he stands by, and it shows. As a full-time plastic surgeon, husband of now RHONY star Lizzy Savetsky, and an incredible father to three, Dr. Savetsky notes that they “always make time for ourselves by doing date night once a week and traveling just the two of us every few months.” Amidst the constant stimulation of NYC and the duo’s jammed-packed lives, we’re excited to tune in to watch the Savetsky’s unfiltered, what you see is what you get lives.

Dr. Savetsky hopes viewers will “see two people who are driven and passionate about their family, careers, and Judaism. In a lot of ways, you can have it all and you don’t necessarily need to compromise your religion or beliefs to have a great career and family.”

As the husband of the newest housewife, “It’s fun. It’s exciting. I want people to see how fun and glamorous Lizzy is but also how passionate she is for the Jewish people. She is constantly fighting against antisemitism while also promoting Judaism. She is vocal about difficult conversations such as infertility and pregnancy loss. She has always spoken about tough subjects in an approachable and digestible manner, even before it was popular to do so, and it has been one of the key reasons for her success.”

The Savetsky’s can’t wait to share their exciting six out of seven days of the week with the masses. In observance of Shabbat, filming will be put on pause from sundown on Friday until one hour after sundown on Saturday. A beautiful message to the Jewish people and viewers that core values always come first.

Look out for the Savetsky’s TV debut sometime next year, and until then, follow along on their social media channels!
