Scar Less closed rhinoplasty

Cosmetic surgery can change the quality of life for people, and based on the remarkable stories that Haute Beauty expert Dr. Robert Vitolo, shared on behalf of his work in cosmetic surgery; it’s a fact. As there has been an abundance of situations where Dr. Vitolo’s work has been life-changing to his patients, these are a few that have stood out in his many years of practicing cosmetic surgery.

Rhinoplasty

A young woman, who was graduating high school and was going to begin college at the end of the summer, came to me to inquire about a rhinoplasty. She had an overpowering nose that detracted from the fine features of her face. She was unsure of herself and had been thinking about undergoing rhinoplasty for a long time. She finally decided to proceed with the surgery.

It was such a win for her! From the moment we took the dressing off, I could see her face light up and a huge weight lifted off her chest. She picked the perfect time to do the procedure as she was going to be in a new social scene where nobody knew what she looked like before. As she headed off to college, you could see the confidence in her persona.

Now, it may be superficial to people, but many people have situations that are worse than that. Each person is an individual. I can tell you right off the bat that when she goes to college, she will be a completely different person, which will change her life.

A young girl, 13, came to me with both her parents and had a huge nose for a tiny petite face. Typically, we don’t do noses at the age of 13. It is not because the facial features aren’t completely formed because they are, but it’s a matter of the patients maturity.

In this case, the parents were acutely aware of how her nose affected her life and supported their daughter in having a rhinoplasty. Thirteen is a difficult time for children, and I could just envision the teasing and abuse that would be in store for her in school and among her peers for the next formative years. In this case, I consulted with her pediatrician to ensure we were all on the same page with the procedure, and she agreed. Since the rhinoplasty, her parents have let me know how her personality has shifted, she has become more outgoing, and her whole life was changed because of the procedure. Then her sister came in a couple of years later, and I also performed rhinoplasty on her.

Scar Less Breast Enlargement

Breast Augmentation

In my practice, I see it all. A girl comes in at the age of 18 with no breasts and no self-esteem. At this age, adolescents are very self-conscious about their appearance, especially in this generation. By just performing a Scar Less breast augmentation procedure, I can change her entire look for the rest of her life.

I recently performed a Scar Less breast augmentation on a 17-year girl. She had no breasts, and her nipples were raised (hypertrophic). In other words, they were way too big for the small size of her breasts. By performing breast augmentation on her, her breasts were enlarged and her hypertrophic nipples were now the right size for her new breasts. The result was life-changing for her.

Scar Less brow lift with standard face and neck lift

Face Lift

As people age, the facial features change because the bones of the skull start to demineralize and get smaller, but the skin of the face remains the same. The result is the “sign posts” of aging that begin to appear. Lines appear on the skin of the face, jowls suddenly become more obvious, and “bags” appear under the eyes. Life changes, stress divorce, and illness only contribute to the aging process.

Cosmetic surgery (face lift) can often help reverse the "sign posts" of aging and restore a more youthful appearance. A prime example is a brilliant powerful woman who was a senior advisor and spokesperson for a well-known political figure. She was a successful businesswoman, a mother, and was well-known nationally. A bitter divorce causing turmoil in her family life caused her to drop out of the political arena.

Stress and aging apparently caused a major change in her appearance but she was proactive and had some great rejuvenating procedures to “reset the aging clock” {not by me}. Fast forward to today…she had a “rebirth” as she now looks 15 years younger, and is back in action on all the news and talk shows. Life-changing?

With cosmetic surgery, you can transform both your appearance and your life and that can be life-changing! As a plastic surgeon, I must say the most rewarding feeling is seeing the impact I’ve made on someone’s life. In just a few hours you can change the course of someone’s life forever and for the better. That is what keeps me going.
