We all know Kate Hudson as somewhat of a health and wellness guru in Hollywood, so it comes as no surprise that the actress has a few essential skincare products she can’t live without. The Fabletics founder recently took to Instagram to share her new favorite skincare product, the Rose Plus Booster by MV Skin therapy.

The award-winning skin booster features a unique damask rose, camellia, rosehip, and geranium meant to soothe sensitive skin and redness revealing an effortless glow. In her Instagram video, Hudson writes, “Heaven... smell all the flowers!” We’re sold on the flower aroma alone, not to mention Emma Watson and Brooke Shields have also vouched for this product. Beyond certain products, Hudson seems to take wellness very seriously in all aspects of her life, maintaining balance while also offering herself some wiggle room. She tells Bustle, “As much as it’s about how we are actively supporting it through health and nutrition and an active lifestyle, it’s also about how we are looking at our life mentally and how we’re able to manage stress and complicated times.
