As crimson blood slowly drips down her bare-skinned curves to the rhythm of eerie sounds, Kylie Jenner caresses her smooth frame and seduces the camera with her villainous coffee-colored eyes. It’s tempting not to watch that clip over and over again — that is, the campaign video for the upcoming Kylie x A Nightmare on Elm Street.
“Ahhh what a DREAM to collaborate with the icon of horror!” Jenner captioned her Instagram photo promoting the new makeup collection. Embracing the Halloween spirit, the latest Kylie Cosmetics drop drew its inspiration from Freddy Krueger, the famously sinister fictional character in the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” film series.

Set to launch Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. PST, the products in the collection still haven’t been formally announced. However, the 24-year-old multihyphenate teased fans with a series of videos on Instagram showing the blood-splattered packaging of the would-be products. These include a Lip Lacquer Trio, three of which she swatched on her arm; Pressed Powder Palette, which contains 12 pans of matte and shimmery neutral and red-toned eyeshadows; a Lip and Cheek Jelly Stain; and false lashes.
Until the launch date, we suggest you regularly snoop Jenner’s social media for additional updates on the collection. In the meantime, we’ll be carefully dreaming about this collection — hopefully Freddy doesn’t make an appearance.
