It’s no secret that Khloé Kardashian rocks a killer body. But before you immediately credit her famous curves to plastic surgery (as those rumors seem to never die out), we’re here to show you that the 37-year-old reality television star actually works for that full figure of hers. Just recently, she shared with her Instagram followers a video accompanied with step-by-step instructions of her workout routine — it looked pretty brutal.

In her Instagram video, Kardashian can be seen executing a series of exercises while sporting Nike leggings and a sports bra from her clothing brand, Good American. And in the caption of her post, she revealed that she collaborated with trainer Joël Bouraïma to develop the fitness routine, which constituted three sets of circuits that were each done four times. Of course, the star ensured to warm up on the stairs and gave her followers a piece of advice: “Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout 🧘🏼‍♀️”
