Aesthetic specialist and nurse practitioner, Zara Harutyunyan discusses the best body treatments available to address stubborn fat, body tightening and cellulite.
Cosmetic Rejuvenation Medical Center(CRMC) is where Zara practices her aesthetic medicine. CRMC has patients ranging in age from early twenties to late seventies. With non-invasive treatments becoming more effective and advanced, more patients are using injectables, lasers, and energy devices avoid surgery. These aesthetic treatments are effective in maintaining a patient’s youthful appearance. Staying youthful from head to toe is a priority for many women and men. Our three favorite treatments for the body are Coolsculpting, BTL Exilis Ultra and Cellutone.
What is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is an innovative nonsurgical treatment to target stubborn fat. This cooling treatment is the #1 fat reduction treatment in the US. This effective treatment requires no downtime, has proven results, and is FDA cleared. Coolsculpting reduces 20-25% of the fat cells in the procedure area. The fat cells are naturally eliminated and will not migrate to other parts of the body. The average patient needs 2-3 treatments for optimal results. Freezing your fat has becoming a very well-known term.
What is BTL Exilis Ultra?
BTL Exilis is a device that combines radio frequency and ultrasound to tighten the skin on the body. The heating and cooling technology ensure that the energy is delivered to various depths in the tissue effectively without discomfort. This treatment will help with body contouring and skin tightening. The average patient will need 4-6 treatments usually 2 weeks apart. This treatment is often paired with Cellutone to deliver even better results.
What is Cellutone?
Cellutone achieves the best results in a non-invasive cellulite reduction treatment. Using targeted vibrations Cellutone helps eliminate excess interstitial fluid causing cellulite. Cellutone also improves the skin’s texture. Four to six treatments are needed to achieve optimal results.
How do I know what treatment I need?
The best thing to do is get a body assessment by one of the nurses. All of the nurses at CRMC have been trained and certified in these treatments and will be able to do a proper assessment to tell you what treatment is best for your needs.
