By the end of May 2013, they will close the hotel and has come to a decision to sell the Ginza Theatre Building. HSG, an affiliate of Tokyo Theatres Co. runs the hotel.

The Flagler Center in downtown West Palm Beach has just completed its first $2million renovation that featured two towers of the Center. One spacious, 90,000-square-foot, six-story tower on 501 N. Flagler Drive and another 150story building on 505 N. Flagler Drive that sprawled all of 155,000-square-ft. Both of the Center’s two towers were built back in 1975 and 1980.
