The Four Seasons Beverly Hills to Open VIP Screening Room
The Four Seasons Beverly Hills and the entertainment industry go together like Abbott and Costello, Rogers and Astaire and Bogart and Bacall. This haute hotel is the home for many a press junket and celebrity soiree, while the creme de la creme of actors, producers and producers can’t resist the allure of a power meeting in its Culina restaurant or Windows lounge. And now, the place most often referred to as “Hollywood’s Living Room” is upping its game even further by introducing a brand new screening room for private film showcases.
The Screening Room, which officially opens on June 27, has some prime real estate within the hotel: it’s located immediately adjacent to Culina, allowing for customized menus and event space outdoor reception or a full restaurant buyout, in addition to a private screening.
This plush, private theater can be equipped with up to 38 ultra-comfortable leather recliner chairs, outfitted with retractable tables and armrests. A drop down 14’ HD wide screen and DCP-compliant projector provide crystal clear cinema quality images, while a Klipsch Pro-THX Surround Sound system bathes the room in rich, full 3D sound. The highs are crisp and clear, the lows deep and rumbling.
There’s also an area for snacks that’s better than any cinema concession stand, given that it’s catered by and located directly outside of Culina. This patio offers garden-like reception and snack bar area for screening room guests with a wide variety of exceptional and elevated movie snack and beverage choices such as truffled popcorn and french fries, champagne, fresh juices and sweet treats, including house made churros and pastries.
For those seeking a completely personalized and unique screening, Culina Chef Denis Della Stritto will create a custom selection of small plates, including house-fired montanara, savory bruschetta, prosciutto and formaggi selections; a fine selection of Italian wines from the Vinoteca Wine Bar complement the cuisine and housemade dolci and espressos round out the Italian theme that is being referred to as “Cinema Italiano.”
Haute, no?
