Both are tri-athletes, tri-athlete coaches, personal trainers, and veterans of six 24 hour races and 6 full Ironman triathlons respectively. Needless to say, you're in good hands! The philosophy of As One is to work out in a small group, similar to how tri-athletes train, so the support of the "team" helps push you through the workout, both physically and mentally.

Art in Iraq Part V at Meem Gallery Dubai
Currently on view at Meem Gallery in Dubai is Art in Iraq Today: Part V, the final part of five exhibitions displaying contemporary Iraqi art.
