Musician Ryan Cabrera and “One Tree Hill” actress Shantel VanSanten were spotted indulging in some sinfully scrumptious treats last night at Sugar Factory at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort. The affectionate duo sampled many of Sugar Factory’s popular confections and desserts, and playfully explored the adult candy products as well. VanSanten’s favorite item was Sugar Factory’s signature Couture Pop in the “Black Onyx” style with a creamy orange lollipop top.

Las Vegas-based nightlife and lifestyle company Angel Management Group announced today an agreement to acquire hospitality conglomerate Pure Management Group.
