Notables included Eva Longoria-Parker, who served as the event’s honorary chair, legendary talk-show host Larry King, who acted as the night’s emcee, former Van Halen rocker and Cabo Wabo Tequila founder Sammy Hagar, and CityCenter celebrity chefs Todd English, Shawn McClain and Jean Phillippe-Maury, who created the evening’s spectacular dinner.
