On Tuesday, Nov. 16, Omega and Tourbillon hosted a special Texas Hold’em Tournament and Charity Fundraiser at the Tourbillon boutique on Wall Street. The event was held in support of The Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation.

On Nov. 18, at a special event in Beverly Hills, Rolls Royce announced their newest collaboration with world famous designer Bijan Pakzad (aka Bijan). The announcement was made outside of Bijan’s Rodeo Drive boutique, where Bijan proudly displayed his own Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe, which has been a fixture of his storefront for years.

On Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Daniel Restaurant in New York City, renowned interior designer Victoria Hagan celebrated the launch of her first book: Victoria Hagan Interior Portraits. The launch coincides with the 20th anniversary of the opening of Victoria Hagan Interiors. Since then, Hagan has grown to be one of the most prestigious interior designers in the New York area, has her own home furniture collection and has been featured in publications that include House Beautiful, Vogue, Elle Décor and Architectural Digest. She was also inducted in the Interior Design Hall of Fame back in 2004.

The number one ranked tennis player in the world, Rafael Nadal, has had victories that would impress even legends like Andre Agassi and Pete Sampras. After securing his 9th Grand Slam title at this year’s US Open finals, the 24-year-old became the youngest player ever to win all four Grand Slam tournaments (the US Open, French Open, and Australian Open, and Wimbledon). Nadal’s success on the court is likely attributed to his killer topspin, his estimated 800-plus G-force serves, and his unconventional two-handed backhand. But maybe the secret instead lies in his wrist; or perhaps, around his wrist.

On Sunday, Nov. 21, Miami Heat star Chris Bosh and Heat President Pat Riley hosted the Chris Bosh Home Strong Gala at the Fontainebleau Hotel. The evening included dinner and entertainment complete with live and silent auctions and performances by Nicole Henry and her daughter Simone. One of the auction items was a round of golf with Chris Bosh himself.

Over the weekend, the Gucci boutique on Rodeo Drive welcomed the launch of the Gucci Children’s Collection with a special event hosted by Jennifer Lopez. The entire first floor of the store was transformed in to a children’s play area with face painting, coloring, candy and a chance to test out the new Gucci iPhone App’s interactive game called “Playground” that has users dress up dolls in Gucci children’s clothing, as well as and color Gucci-themed templates.
