Recently Haute Living was invited to a stellar event hosted by The Collection in Coral Gables where the new Ferrari FF was unveiled before a prestigious crowd of exclusive collectors and owners of Ferrari automobiles. This was a much anticipated event because of all the rumors surrounding the new Ferrari FF and how it would be the most powerful, versatile, four-seater as well as, four-wheel drive ever built by Ferrari.

This past independence weekend was definitely one for the books in South Beach. We still had our share of sun, beaches, back yard feasts and fireworks but, what made it different was how the premier of “Transformers; Dark Of The Moon” took over South Beach in true Hollywood style.

Last weekend was a full of so many interesting exciting and exclusive events and parties but so few with a purpose and promise of helping others. The United Way has held their Wine and Food festival for 16 years and brings together some the top local restaurants and chefs to the delight of all those participating. This annual event brings together food and wine lovers for a now expanded four-day festival featuring notable chefs, sommeliers, prestigious wineries and winemakers, celebrity mixologists, breweries and impressive auction lots.

Luxury automaker, Jaguar, invited Haute Living to enjoy an intimate driving experience in the stylish and sleek 2011 Jaguar XJ and we were one of the few given a Turbo Charged Jaguar XJ that demanded to flex some of the muscle under the hood. We began our day at ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa where we were treated to light bites and refreshments and had the opportunity to choose a stylish pair of Ray-Ban aviators provided by Lincoln Road’s Optical Shop of Aspen at the outdoor sunglass bar.
