Noted French Laundry chef Thomas Keller’s philosophy goes something like this, “To make people happy…that’s what cooking is all about.” Which is why, in part, he now has his own brand of gluten-free flour on the market. Gluten allergies are are serious, and a gluten-free diet can help save the lives and taste buds of those who suffer from maladies like celiac disease. Keller’s new flour, Cup4Cup, will be a blessing for those who can’t tolerate gluten, and can be found at Williams-Sonoma stores for a whopping $20 per 3-pound bag.

Starting this week, the boys from Staten Island will begin rolling their Artichoke and Margherita pizzas into the frozen food section of your local supermarket.

UPS Unveils Electric Fleet of Trucks In California
Delivery giant UPS has confirmed that it is set to roll out a fleet of all-electric delivery vehicles in California.
The US parcel delivery service will begin making deliveries to customers using 100 electric vehicles beginning next January, the company stated August 25, focusing first on South Coast Air Basin, San Joaquin Valley, and the Sacramento Valley.
