The Weinstein Company and Chopard partnered on Sunday evening to throw what was indisputably the best, most VIP of all Golden Globe afterparties. Of all the events at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the A-list gathered at Old Trader Vic’s to celebrate films like “Silver Linings Playbook”, “Django Unchained” and “The Master.”

‘Tis the (awards) season for celebrities to make merry and receive gifts for being famous. Golden Globes weekend saw a series of suites where those attending the ceremony could pick up loot, get their hair and makeup done and even learn a thing or two about dental hygiene.

In anticipation of this year’s Golden Globe Awards, Moët & Chandon – the official Champagne of the entertainment awards ceremony for the past 22 years – feted the Weinstein Company’s nominations on Saturday night at Mr C in Beverly Hills. Films such as Django Unchained, The Master and Silver Linings Playbook are all up for the coveted trophies at the January 13th ceremony.

Quentin Tarantino took home the 2013 Golden Globe Award for Best Screenplay Sunday night. The director, who also wrote “Django Unchained”, bested Mark Boal (“Dark Zero Thirty”), Tony Kushner (“Lincoln”, David O. Russell (“Silver Linings Playbook” and Chris Terrio (“Argo”).

W Magazine threw one of the classiest bashes of awards season on Friday when they partnered with Dom Pérignon and André Balazs for a party at his celebrity haunt, Chateau Marmont. The event not only celebrated the Golden Globes, but also the magazine’s recently released Best Performances issue.

LA Clipper’s center Ronny Turiaf celebrated his big 3-0 on Thursday night with a haute party at a private Beverly Hills mansion. The private red carpet event brought in an exclusive guest list of close friends and teammates including Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Lamar Odom, DeAndre Jordan, Chauncey Billups, Jamal Crawford, Matt Barnes, Eric Blesdoe, Ryan Hollins, Caron Butler and Trey Thompkins.

The haute Hollywood stars attending this year’s SAG Awards are in for a treat, as their dinner will be catered by none other than Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne. James Beard Award-winning chef Goin, together with award-winning sommelier Styne, owns three of Los Angeles’ hottest restaurants. Their establishments include 11-year-old Lucques, former carriage house of silent film star Harold Lloyd, A.O.C. Wine Bar and Tavern.
