New York Times bestselling author Kelly E. Carter is as versatile as she is peripatetic and a lover of the luxe life. She's covered sports, entertainment, fashion, travel, and fine dining and cocktail trends throughout her award-winning career. The jetsetter has globetrotted to more than 40 countries and territories on six continents. In 2014, Kelly won a prestigious Lowell Thomas Award for her tail-all travel guide, The Dog Lover's Guide to Travel, a National Geographic guidebook featuring 75 great destinations in the U.S. and Canada to vacation with a dog. Previously, Kelly teamed up with tennis phenom Venus Williams to co-author the NYT bestseller Come to Win. The Los Angeles native lived in Italy and New York before settling down in San Francisco, where she keeps her finger on the pulse of the hautest happenings and humans in the Bay Area.
