The Times reports that the very wealthy Sir Richard Branson is opening a “culinary resort” in Somerset County, NJ. Called Natirar, the 492-acre resort includes a cooking school run by Viking, the kitchen appliance company, a wine school, a farm, and a restaurant called Ninety Acres.

According to recent rumors, Samuel L. Jackson is reportedly the mystery buyer behind the purchase of a 2,578-square-foot condo at 76 Crosby Street sold by Wall Street executive Eric Gross. This second-floor apartment is apparently located next door to Gawker’s founder Nick Denton’s home.
