Saturday night Lizzie Grubman celebrated her birthday at The Lion with Simon Huck, Mark Turk, Sabrina Levine and me.

On Sunday night Inga and Keith Rubenstein invited a bunch of friends to a Russian birthday celebration at Cipriani Wall Street where Seal performed.

On Friday night, Lesley and David Schulhof had David’s roaring ’20s themed 40th birthday party at The Glass House. Everyone was dressed up in all different kinds of costumes–head bands with feathers, pearls, gangster suits, and flapper dressers. When we arrived we were handed a DS flask.

Last night was happening at The Darby. Michael Fuchs, Alvina Collardeau, Sam and Aby Rosen, Ronnie Madra, John McDonald and Georgia. Today after a great Soul Cycle class with Stacey, I was off to lunch at Le Charlot with Inga Rubenstein, Kristina Floyd, Daniella Rich, Allison Rubler, Marielle Safra, and Eleanor Cayre.

Over the week my friend Alison Brod held an eventful birthday celebration for her two sons. Alison produces hundreds of events a year for clients, but she says it’s her kids’ birthday parties are the only parties she has full control. “If I want to have the world’s largest beach ball at the party, there is no one to tell me I can’t have it,” she says.

Today I went to a special luncheon at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to commemorate the Grand Divertissement a Versailles. The keynote speakers were Oscar de la Renta and Stephen Burrows. Donna Karan also spoke.

Today I went to a baby shower luncheon that Kalliope and Christine Schwartzman hosted for a good friend of mine. Aerin Lauder, Claudia Ceniceros, Inga Rubenstein, Ulla Parker, Clemence von Mueffling, Lizzie Tisch, Lana Forstmann, Caroline Berthet, Gigi Mortimer, Anna Lafont, Daisy Canoves, Christina Floyd, Melissa Meister, Julia Koch, and many other women there to celebrate. Such a great time was had by all.

Last night a few of us went to dinner for a pre-Scott Lerner birthday–myself, Steve Starker, Steve Nitkin from Marquis Jets, Jason Pomeranc, and John Mason. We ate at Buddakan, which I hadn’t been to in years, and it was fun and booming.

I love going to Fred Segal on weekends in LA, then a stop for some lingerie at Kiki de Montparnasse on Melrose and DVF. I also got a great hair cut by Chris McMillan at his salon. On Sunday night I went to Mr Chow in Beverly Hills with Dino Lalvani who flew in from the electronic convention in Vegas, where he hung with the Cayres and the Wynns, and went to Marquis.

Last night, Crystal Lourd had her birthday bash. I grabbed a quick bite first with Alexandra von Furstenburg, Dax Miller, and Jane and Jon Mass before heading over to the party. There was a disco room, dancers, a karaoke room. Such an entertaining evening with guests like Hilary and Steve Tisch, Molly Sims, Heather and Steve Munchin, Reese Witherspoon, Peter Morton, Wendy Benson Landes and Michael Landes, Brent Bolthouse, Brian Lourd, Glenn Vallecillos, Kathy and Rick Hilton, Kate Hudson, Marie Alice, and about another 200 people.
