Sit back and relax this weekend. Attendees at the 2011 Miami International Boat Show can come in for a break and check out the Miami Marriott’s luxury Boater Bar. This pop-up lounge is located on the fifth floor of the hotel and will be opened today through Feb. 21, from noon until sunset.

Fast, fancy cars are always something to turns heads. The Gotham Dream Car Tour took place here in South Florida on Feb. 14-15. Car enthusiasts got the chance to drive behind the wheel of some of the newest and top-notch cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Spyder and Maserati. Guests cruised along gorgeous scenic roads that have been selected in advance for each specific type of car.

What better way to spend your Valentine’s Day than with a buffet of chocolate? I had the opportunity to indulge in a feast of chocolate nibbles with my sweetie at Cantina Beach at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne, but not until I finished my dinner, which was a smorgasbord all itself.

The Brazilian shoe and accessories brand, Santa Lolla recently revealed it’s brand new shiny doors at its grand opening in Boca Raton on Friday, Feb. 4. This is Santa Lolla’s first ever U.S. based boutique now in our own backyard at the Boca Town Center in Boca Raton. Internationally this brand has been making headlines and now this will be it’s 105th location world wide.

There is nothing sexier than a cafe with some Latin flavor. And who better to give it to you than Gloria Estefan? The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino just recently opened its doors to Estefan’s fifth Bongos location with a red carpet celebration back in December that had cigar rolling and plenty of cocktails pouring. Now its time for you to check it out for yourself. Its a perfect addition to an already hopping venue.

Get pampered while going green. The Spa at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach just introduced a new all organic green luxury brand called Amala, or “most pure.” The line is 100-percent natural and free of both synthetics and chemical preservatives. None of the products have ever been tested on animals and meet all the U.S. and European organic certification standards.
