The Hotel That Defined Miami Beach is Coming to London in 2027
Delano London opens early 2027: 67 rooms and suites over Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, with Lana Lusa, Rose Bar and The Source.
Delano is coming to London. The hotel brand that made its name in Miami Beach three decades ago will open Delano London in early 2027, a 67-room and suite hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, set among the grand Victorian buildings and embassies of one of the city’s most distinguished neighborhoods.
Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, the hotel spans five floors, and more than half of its rooms will be suites — many with walk-in wardrobes and private terraces, and 14 with prime views across Hyde Park. The brief, per the brand, is to carry the spirit of Delano Miami Beach into a distinctly West London setting through residential interiors and subtly theatrical details.

Dining centers on Lana Lusa, the Mediterranean-inspired concept from Paris Society, making its London debut. Created by founder Jessica Viveiro Kassim and designed here by Pirajean Lees, it celebrates the warmth and conviviality of Mediterranean hospitality. After dark, Rose Bar reimagines the glamour of its legendary Miami Beach counterpart, with the Rose Bar Lounge and the Zodiac Room offering more intimate settings for late-night revelry.

Wellness falls to The Source by Delano, built around restorative movement and longevity: contrast therapy, treatment spaces and state-of-the-art facilities, alongside a changing roster of practitioners, residencies and collaborations. On the walls, London art consultancy Cramer & Bell has curated an original collection pairing British and international names, including South African artist Kimathi Mafafo and London-based artists Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla and Gergei Erdei.
There is a social layer, too. Delano Members Club will gather a global community of creative, accomplished and curious minds, with experiences, partnerships and privileges that extend beyond the hotel, while Delano Beyond, a global program, will offer members bespoke travel experiences.

“Delano has always been about creating a feeling,” said Ben Pundole, Chief Brand Officer for Delano Hotels. “Bringing the brand to London feels particularly special because this is my home city with such a rich and varied cultural history. Delano London will be a space for discovery, somewhere you might strike up a conversation at Rose Bar with someone you’d never ordinarily meet, encounter a work by an emerging artist, or simply settle into an atmosphere that transports you beyond the bustle of the city outside. It’s a place for those who look for unique experiences.”
Small, suite-heavy and parkside, it reads less like a hotel launch than a members’ house with bedrooms — exactly the formula London’s private-club crowd tends to reward.
