Retrofête Fall 2026: A Haute Look at the Brand’s Most Opulent Collection Yet
Retrofête has always been a haute brand. Since Ohad Seroya and Aviad Klin co-founded the New York-based label in 2018, the brand has built a devoted following — Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Hailey Bieber, and Jenna Ortega among them — on the promise of clothing that commands the entire room. For Fall 2026, that promise gets its most fully realized expression yet.

The collection is called La Société d’Opulence, and the name leaves nothing to the imagination. Seroya’s inspiration came from a place deeply familiar to anyone who has spent a serious afternoon in Paris: Hotel Costes, the legendary Right Bank hotel where the courtyard fills with espresso in the afternoon and the bar hums with martinis well past midnight. “I’ve always been drawn to hotels, the atmosphere, the mix of people, the way design and emotion live together,” Seroya says. “I kept thinking about the energy that filled each room, and how perfectly it embodied our girl.”
That energy — indulgent, intimate, and unapologetically glamorous — translates directly into the clothes. Prints echo the upholstery of grand salon furniture. Silhouettes flow with the ease of draped curtains. Embellishments catch the light the way a chandelier does after midnight. It’s a collection built from observed details, and it shows.

The palette sets the tone immediately: ochre, violette, sarcelle, and envy — saturated, moody, and rich in a way that reads as deliberately considered rather than trend-driven. Elegant gowns anchor the collection for modern soirées and regal hosting moments, while sculpted minis sharpen the energy for what comes after. Separates move seamlessly from evening into night, which has always been Retrofête’s particular gift.
Prints, a house signature, expand their territory this season — moving beyond dresses and blouses into suiting through metallic brocades, tapestry-inspired paisleys, and animal motifs. It’s a maximal approach to French bohemia, and it works precisely because Retrofête never hedges. High-low proportions return with intention, pairing voluminous skirts with sleek, refined tops. As the season deepens, Victorian lace, dramatic capes, and heritage details ground the softness with the brand’s signature presence. Outerwear — always a defining category — delivers plush fur jackets and novelty leather coats that transform any look into a full statement.
The accessories carry the collection’s grandeur into every detail. Jewelry feels sculptural: color-blocked stone pendants, silk tassels, and architectural earrings drawn from iron gates and door knockers. Footwear steps into the spotlight in satin and velvet, spanning strappy stilettos, peep-toe pumps, bold boots, and the return of the brand’s signature slingback — sharper and more refined than ever. New lace-up heels nod to vintage corsetry, while platforms offer a modern take on head-turning height.
