Haute Brand Drop: Siegelman Stables’ Pre-Spring Collection Has a Story to Tell

Siegelman Stables is one of those brands that if you know, you know, and if you don’t, well, you’re not about to forget them. The eponymous label draws inspiration from founder Max Siegelman’s father’s 1980s horse racing legacy. Channeling vintage equestrian aesthetics and in support of equine therapy, the brand has since become a luxury streetwear staple seen on celebrities, fashionistas, and professional athletes alike.

The brand’s Pre-Spring Collection goes back to the founder’s roots, this time with a trip to his childhood home. Looking at a 1998 painting of the house created by his grandmother, Siegelman imagined an entire collection of knits, fleece, canvas outerwear, and accessories around it. Everything is tied to his childhood home: the unique sea-foam green exterior of the house is the base for the collection with hints of the deep navy front woven throughout in the detailing; the home’s 23 address matches the number of pieces in the collection itself; an enlarged iteration of the painting even serves as a backdrop for the campaign shoot.

It’s a collection whose story only enhances its style. The navy and bright white contrasting keep the palette sharp, while complementary hunter green, oatmeal, and olive tones add depth. In a world of constant drops and innovation, Siegelman Stable’s Pre-Spring collection stands out as intentional, sentimental, and timelessly sophisticated.
