Supermodel Chanel Iman made a special appearance at the elegant gathering, where guests enjoyed exquisite bites, signature cocktails, and sweeping ocean views. The gallery was transformed into a curated timeline of Shan’s evolution, showcasing archival designs dating back to 1985 alongside pieces from the brand’s Cruise 2026 collection, offering guests a rare look at how the label’s aesthetic has matured while staying true to its refined, sculptural DNA.

Models from the esteemed agency FORD Models Miami presented three signature looks each, weaving through the space in sculptural swimwear, fluid cover-ups, and polished ready-to-wear silhouettes designed to transition seamlessly from beach to city and day to night. The presentation highlighted Shan’s mastery of form and fit across decades, from the 1980s to today, while underscoring its position at the forefront of luxury resort fashion.

Founded in 1985 by Chantal Levesque and now creatively led by her son Nathan Gilbert, Shan remains proudly family-run, with every piece designed and produced at its atelier outside Montreal. Limited-run collections, ethical manufacturing practices, and meticulous attention to detail continue to define the brand—values that resonated deeply within a setting dedicated to bespoke living and architectural excellence.

Beyond celebrating fashion, the event also underscored the momentum surrounding The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach. The two-tower oceanfront development recently secured a $418.3 million construction loan—one of the largest in the area’s history—reflecting sustained interest from ultra-high-net-worth buyers and strong confidence in the project’s vision. The South Tower is sold out, while the North Tower is preparing to break ground this summer, with total sales projected to exceed $3 billion.
