Haute Living Celebrates Jay Shetty at an Intimate Dinner Soirée in Los Angeles
On the evening of Wednesday, January 21st, Haute Living celebrated Jay Shetty’s latest cover with an intimate start on Rodeo Drive, where collectors and close partners gathered at the Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique for a champagne reception. The atmosphere felt intentional, setting the tone for a night that would unfold around conversation, connection, and presence—and of course, watches. From there, guests made their way to Avra Beverly Hills for the exclusive dinner.
Guests arrived to a warm welcome and cocktails at the door, with spicy margaritas and wine circulating as ambient music set an easy rhythm for conversation. As the room filled, photos were taken and the energy continued to build, marking the start of the evening.

After guests settled in, Seth Semilof, Founder and COO of Haute Living, kicked off the evening with opening remarks, thanking Shetty and everyone who helped bring the night together. Sara Rossi Moore, Regional Sales Manager West, followed with words from Jaeger-LeCoultre as collectors engaged with the maison in the intimate setting.

You can’t deny that Shetty embodies the brand ethos of Jaeger-LeCoultre—powerful without being loud—and last evening, Shetty was sporting the Reverso Tribute Chronograph in steel. The dinner was arranged across two long tables, creating an elevated yet relaxed setting that encouraged connection across the table.

The menu reflected Avra’s signature Mediterranean approach, beginning with tzatziki and warm house-made pita alongside classic spreads, followed by fresh starters, then a dynamic selection of mains including grilled lavraki and pasta alla greca with roasted potatoes, and ending with an AVRA selection of home-made sweets.
Shetty addressed the room with remarks that felt deeply personal. He expressed his gratitude for being featured on the cover and spoke about how meaningful it is to continue growing his platform with intention. In a world that moves quickly and is often overwhelmed with information, his message centered on the importance of presence, mindfulness, and staying grounded. He took a moment to thank his loved ones and the members of his team who were in attendance, underscoring the essential role their support has played throughout his journey.

Dr. Daniel Briggs, President and CEO of Auragens, a destination wellness center focused on regenerative medicine and education, followed by echoing her sentiment and underscoring the importance of clarity and well-informed decision-making.

Conversations lingered, collectors connected, and the atmosphere remained warm and unhurried. By the end of the evening, it was clear that the cover dinner was not just a celebration of a cover but a thoughtfully curated moment bringing together people, ideas, and brands aligned around intention and presence.
