Haute Living Celebrates Odell Beckham Jr. At Bentley Residences Miami

On August 12, Haute Living hosted an intimate dinner in honor of legendary NFL player Odell Beckham Jr., celebrating his July 2025 Haute Living Miami cover at the iconic Bentley Residences and his electrifying career in Sunny Isles Beach.

The evening brought together an exclusive guest list in a sleek, oceanfront setting, where the atmosphere was charged with admiration for the celebrated athlete. Notable attendees included Dr. Alexandre Condé Green, plastic surgeon and medspa owner, Robert Elias, real estate attorney and founder of The Elias Law Firm, Shareef Malnik, owner of The Forge and chairman of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, Dr. Vince Afsahi, leading cosmetic dermatologist, Jorge Fajardo, founder of KPI Capital, Jaime Casado, CEO of Rate Health, alongside Kamal Hotchandani, CEO and founder of Haute Media Group, Seth Semilof, publisher and COO of Haute Media Group, and April Donelson, Managing Director at Haute Media Group.

Beckham, humble and gracious, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Miami community, sharing his appreciation for the warmth he’s felt since making the city his home. The celebration was not only a nod to his professional accomplishments, but also to the personal connections he’s cultivated both on and off the field.

The culinary experience began with a vibrant green pea gazpacho accompanied by seared tuna, delicate kombu gelée, salmon roe, and edible flowers. For the main course, guests savored velvet sirloin paired with braised leeks, seasonal vegetables, kanome leaf, a hint of bergamot, and rich demi-glace. The meal concluded on a whimsical note with the Ephemeral Napoleon, artfully layered with seasonal fruits, mixed berry chantilly, caramelized chocolate, and refreshing mango sorbet.

No celebration was complete without a toast, and Sonrisa Puerto Rican Rum elevated the evening’s libations with a bespoke cocktail menu created just for the occasion. Guests sipped on the tropical Sonrisa Pineapple Daiquiri, savored the indulgent Sonrisa Espresso Martini, and enjoyed the refined simplicity of Sonrisa Reserva served over ice. Every pour embodied celebration honoring Beckham’s accomplishments and the beginning of his new Miami chapter.
