Fendi Reintroduces The Iconic Mamma Baguette Bag

After a 25-year journey, Fendi breathes new life into its cherished Mamma Baguette bag, presenting a fresh, supple, and modern version that walked the Spring/Summer 2025 runway as a testament to the brand’s enduring legacy—next to the Peekaboo. Originally launched in the late 90s as a tribute to the Maison’s founder, Adele Casagrande Fendi, the Mamma Baguette was conceived as the larger, more spacious sibling to the iconic Baguette bag designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi in 1997.

This new iteration maintains the essence of the original – the rectangular shape, flap closure, shoulder wear, and the FF logo buckle – but introduces a softer, more luxurious feel with buttery nappa leather and a tactile drawstring closure, adding a touch of contemporary femininity.
