Every January, the world’s finest chefs, beverage experts, and epicurean enthusiasts gather on the picturesque shores of Seven Mile Beach for an extraordinary gastronomic adventure. Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert of the Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York City, this world-renowned festival offers a unique fusion of immersive cooking demonstrations, adventurous excursions, lavish soirées, and moments of serene beachside relaxation.

The 2025 lineup brings together an elite roster of culinary icons, featuring José Andrés, Kristen Kish, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud, and Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil, the first Mexican restaurant to achieve two Michelin stars. Attendees can engage with these extraordinary chefs, learning firsthand about their techniques, inspirations, and creative processes through interactive workshops and intimate discussions.

The beverage program is equally distinguished and curated by celebrated sommelier Aldo Sohm of Le Bernardin and Sohm Bar.
