Saint Laurent Opens Stunning New Flagship On The Champs-Élysées
Saint Laurent has opened their largest flagship store on the iconic Champs-Élysées in Paris. Located in a historic building, the boutique introduces an entirely new design concept by Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello which aims to instill a sense of discovery at one of the world’s most emblematic addresses while celebrating the essence of the building’s architectural elements. “I wanted to realize one of Yves Saint Laurent’s wishes when he arrived in Paris and said he wanted his name to be written in fiery letters on the Champs-Élysées,” shared Vaccarello.

The building’s restored Haussmanian facade announces the arrival of the House’s latest interpretation of modern luxury with a striking luminous interior featuring a series of unique spaces that flow naturally and create an engaging experience for its guests. The vast space is built up by a tension between rough textures and precise details generating a new paradigm for a luxury shopping environment. At once raw and refined, the thoughtful design guides visitors through distinct but unified rooms. Marble displays frame the brand’s collection items while encouraging clients to engage with the products on view.

The area is bathed in light from a double-height entrance hall, adorned with a neon light sculpture crafted by artist Cerith Wyn Evans, commissioned by Saint Laurent. Notable features encompass a range of tactile surfaces, gracefully winding staircases finished in glossy black lacquer, and a tranquil private garden accessible to visitors. The Champs-Élysées boutique will offer the House’s entire collection, encompassing men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, and exquisite jewelry. A specially curated selection of items has been assembled for this unique space, underscoring its elevated ambiance.
