The Trump Goes OrGlamic in Chicago

News | August 8, 2010

The Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago debuts North America’s first Oregon Tilth-certified organic in-room dining menu. Oregon Tilth is an international non-profit research and organic certification organization. A first in the North American hotel industry, the downtown Chicago luxury hotel now provides discerning guests with innovative meal options that utilize the freshest ingredients available, sourced daily from local and sustainable farmers.

Divided into five different menu categories for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night snacks and spa dining, the in-room dining menu features award-winning cuisine by Executive Chef Frank Brunacci. The 12 Oregon Tilth-certified organic dishes include ten satisfying options to satiate guests’ hunger throughout the day, from light, energizing breakfasts to hearty dinners entrees, as well as two healthy alternatives from the specially designed spa menu.

To compliment the eats, the Trump also recently launched an outdoor fitness program on their newly opened River Walk. Classes include Summer Awakening Yoga and Summer Walking Club and are led by Certified Trainer Toni Scott.
