Haute Event: Absolut Brooklyn Launch at The Estate

On Saturday afternoon, former The Hills starlet Kristin Cavallari, MTV’s Adrienne Bailon, Gossip Girl’s Matthew Settle and supermodel Selita Ebanks celebrated the launch of Absolut Brooklyn at The Estate’s Absolut Brooklyn BBQ in Sag Harbor, NY.

Partygoers, including Tinsley Mortimer and her sister, Dabney Mercer, sipped on Absolut Brooklyn and Vitamin Water specialty cocktails and snow cones while playing Coney Island-themed carnival games all afternoon long. Guests were treated to a barbecue buffet after getting soaked in the dunk tank and enjoying Absolut Brooklyn ring toss, balloon burst and cork gun booths as well as having their Absolut fortunes read by the Zoltar machine.

Later that night, Cavallari and Ebanks headed over to Hamptons hot spot Georgica Restaurant and Lounge for a night out on the town.
