Pacific Palisades significantly ups its style quotient September 22 with the opening of Palisades Village, a mixed-use development offering a bevy of luxury fashion tenants in addition to other high-end brands and retailers.
The 125,000-square-foot village is the product of developer Caruso, whose other premier shopping centers include The Grove in Los Angeles and The Americana at Brand in Glendale, and internationally renowned architecture firm Gensler, the same firm behind Gwyneth Paltrow’s Arts Club on Sunset Strip and the International Concourse at LAX. But the much-anticipated Palisades Village is not only a 125,000-square-foot center of luxury dining, goods and services, it will also be a fashion maven’s paradise.
Among the sartorial heavy-hitters will be A.L.C., Anine Bing, Cynthia Rowley, Paige, Rachel Zoe, Towne by ElyseWalker, Vince and Zimmermann. And for gorgeous jewelry, accessories and footwear, there are the Jennifer Meyer, Cuyana and Tamara Mellon boutiques, respectively.
The Cynthia Rowley boutique will carry the kind of beach-ready separates, surfwear-inspired looks and lovely dresses that have made the brand a go-to for influencers like Jessica Alba, Janelle Monae, Emma Roberts and others. Caruso and Cynthia Rowley have promised that this particular boutique will present exclusive collaborations with companies like Bandier, Goop and Maisonette.
The A.L.C. installment will be the brand’s first on the West Coast, bringing founder Andrea Lieberman‘s bold prints and modern shapes to Pacific Palisades.

Two other brands that will celebrate their first-ever brick-and-mortar shops are Rachel Zoe and Carbon38.
The Rachel Zoe store, scheduled to be in place through the end of March 2019, offers the designer’s collection as well as vintage pieces curated by Zoe. In-store stylists have been trained by the designer to give every customer the full star treatment, as though they were being styled by the tastemaker herself. Shoppers also have the opportunity to enjoy her luxury style subscription, aptly called Box of Style by Rachel Zoe.
And Los Angeles-based luxury activewear brand Carbon38‘s store is stocked with pieces by more than 100 athleisure designers along with Carbon38-branded styles.
A number of boutiques will celebrate with fun extras on grand opening day. Anine Bing will be in-store from 12 to 5 p.m. to style customers, and her boutique will offer custom monogramming, champagne and Swedish candy all day. Minimalist menswear and womenswear brand Vince will offer a free gift with purchase. Paige, known for its premium jeans and denim apparel, will offer a complimentary chain stitch monogram. A maker of classic handbags and accessories, Cuyana will serve rosé and cotton candy in store. Carbon38, the property’s exclusive fitness partner, will kick off its fitness series October 3, with sessions held every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. in The Park at Palisades Village.
Aside from the luxury fashion brands at Palisades Village, the center will also be home to the first LA location of natural beauty brand Botanica Bazaar; inspirational home decor brand Serena & Lily; sustainable home goods store St. Frank; an Alo Yoga studio; an Amazon Books store; the first U.S. location of children’s organic apparel brand Mini Mioche; famed Hollywood barbershop and men’s grooming experience Gornik & Drucker; the Bay Theatre by Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas; The Little Market by Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla, a nonprofit offering handmade goods made by female artisans around the world; and others.
Offering fuel between shopping adventures are the various restaurants Palisades Village brought into the fold, including Blue Ribbon Sushi; Marissa and Matt Hermer‘s The Draycott, featuring British bites; Porta Via Palisades restaurant of Beverly Hills, which rethought some of its dishes exclusively for its new Palisades Village location; General Porpoise coffee and doughnut shop by James Beard Award-winning chef Renee Erickson; Edo Little Bites by Edoardo Baldi of e. baldi Ristorante and edo italian barretto in Beverly Hills, and Giorgio Baldi on West Channel Road; McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams; and SunLife Organics.
Palisades Village shopping center is located at 15225 Palisades Village Lane in Pacific Palisades. Grand opening is September 22 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
