Nike Master Trainer Holly Rilinger Is Kicking Off Sanctuary Sweat Series 2018

On Sunday, March 18th at 10:30am, Holly Rilinger is kicking off the 2018 Sanctuary Sweat Series with her famous LIFTED class at Haven Rooftop. Holly’s meditation-infused fitness program LIFTED has gathered an incredible following in New York City and with good reason.
LIFTED is a 60-minute class that combines meditation with high-intensity interval training, providing a unique method for participants to improve their physical wellbeing, gain mental clarity, reduce stress levels, and improve their moods and more.
The Sweat Series is set to run throughout the entire summer where different notable city trainers will host class each week.
Following the workouts guests are welcome to restore their carbs with Haven’s French Toast, Steak & Eggs, or the Brunch Pizza. If you want to keep the party going, a bottomless drink option is also available, allowing one hour of unlimited brunch cocktails.
Sanctuary Sweat Series will be held every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Tickets are $75 and includes workout, brunch, and one mimosa.
