By a clear unanimous decision, Giada De Laurentiis makes her way to Caesars Palace with Pronto by Giada.

Giada De Laurentiis has transcended beyond a TV personality to a seat at the table with the boys on the famous Las Vegas Strip. Nestled between the acclaimed Bacchanal Buffet and MR CHOW, will be Pronto by Giada.

But how did this happen? The celebrated chef brought something more to television cuisine than her grander than life personality. De Laurentiis is authentic. Her flavorful Italian dishes are simplified and attainable making her an instant hit.

“With Pronto by Giada being my second restaurant, I wanted to do something a little different, with a more casual approach than my first restaurant, GIADA at The Cromwell,” said De Laurentiis.

Pronto is said to be an open, light space concept with spectacular scenery. Much like her first restaurant, De Laurentiis took inspiration from her home, an Italian take on the traditional colored tile with elements of wood and marble quartz.

“This will be a great introduction to my food and brand, as it’s the lighter side of Italian with a fresh, California influence. It will be perfect for a fast bite, and then guests can go across the street for a finer-dining experience,” said De Laurentiis.

Little do most people know her cooking career started in her family’s kitchen in Rome, Italy as a child. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked for Wolfgang Puck’s Spago. Known for their impressive collection of excellent celebrity chef restaurants, De Laurentiis was Caesar’s Palace ideal new celebrity chef.

“Pronto will offer something for every guest—from those looking to grab a quick bite or an artisanal coffee to those wanting to enjoy the chic space while leisurely enjoying charcuterie and a glass of wine, all conveniently positioned steps away from our convention center and Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis,” said Caesars Palace Regional President Gary Selesner.

Pronto will be located next to the world-famous Bacchanal Buffet and MR CHOW. It will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Food will be made with the fresh ingredients, ideal for casual lounging or quick leisurely bites. Pronto by Giada will open in early spring of 2018.
