Situated on Indian Creek in Miami Beach, a newly completed spec home is offered with a man-made swimmable lagoon for $29.75 million, The Wall Street Journal reported.

At approximately 12,000 square feet, the six-bedroom house sits on an acre of land.

Measuring about 100 feet long and 30 feet wide, the lagoon, which is stocked with fish and surrounded by natural vegetation, is equipped with a filtration system, as well as steps to encourage swimming.
