Millennium PH Tower Buyer Confirmed

News | September 22, 2009

Last week, we reported that the two penthouses in San Francisco’s Millennium Towers had been snatched off the market, and many were speculating that Google financier Tom Perkins was one of the lucky new owners.  According to Curbed, that rumor has been confirmed by a little note dropped in their inbox. According to Curbed: “The last known list price for the 3-bed, 3-bath, 4,750-square-foot space— which sold as a shell— was $11 million, though an across-the-board price chop at the Millennium earlier this year would have moved the needle down to a humbler $9.35 mil.”
