The 64-story giant called Brickell Flatiron will be the tallest all-residential tower south of Manhattan when it is complete in 2018. This record setting condominium is being built by CMC group, one of Miami’s most prolific luxury real estate developers and the construction is set to begin this fall.

It will feature an ultra-luxury Sky Spa with a pool and fitness center 736-feet in the sky above Brickell on the roof. At that height nothing will get in the way, so residents will have 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami’s cityscape. The spa floor will be open to all residents adding unique amenities to this already distinct building all in one common area.

Residents will have exclusive access to several therapeutic services including private steam and sauna. And as for the fitness center it will feature all the latest high-tech cardiovascular and weight training facilities, Pilates, yoga and an aerobics studio.

Right below the sky spa, you will find the tower’s penthouses priced from $2 million and up with panoramic views. Every single one of the 549 units will be fitted with all glass elliptical balconies, premium imported Italian finishes and professional grade German appliances.

Club Level amenities include a second 18th floor lap swimming; a children’s pool and playroom area; a state-of-the-art screening room with a theater-quality projection system and wireless tablet-based controls; private event and meeting space; a billiards and cigar room; and a wine room with climate-controlled lockers.

Added perks include five-star personal concierge services, with expert staff available on-site seven days a week to help residents with everything from beauty and salon appointments, dog walking services, and restaurant reservations, to grocery delivery and automotive care.

Brickell Flatiron is part of a trend of towering buildings in Miami. Eighteen skyscrapers are already being built or are planned adding to the 13 existing sky scraping buildings in the city that are among the 100 tallest buildings planned in North America.

As waterfront properties become more and more scarce, and the demand for housing in downtown increases there is no more luxurious direction to go but up among the clouds.
