To thrill its legions of fans, Busaba Eathai has launched a new brunch menu at their recently opened Shoreditch and newly refurbished Kingston Riverside sites, available between 10am and 3pm on Saturday and Sundays.

Think Thai-inspired versions of class breakfast dishes such as coconut porridge: multi-grain porridge with coconut milk, served with sliced banana, ginger- spiced pineapple and chilli; pandan pancakes – pancakes infused with pandan essence and coconut milk, topped with palm sugar caramel and yam polamai fruit salad; fisherman’s spiced rice – a Thai ‘kedgeree’ enjoyed by hungry fishermen along the southern coasts of Thailand, seasoned jasmine rice topped with wok-fried smoked mackerel and a soft-boiled free-range egg; and baked eggs with Asian mushrooms – mixed miso mushroom topped with three free-range eggs and served with Josper char-grilled toast.

Guests can also enjoy the ‘perfect hangover cure’. This protein-filled breakfast is stirred, and then taken as a shot – followed closely by the Busaba Bloody Mary; it makes for a perfect, spicy weekend reboot.
The best bit? Diners may also enjoy the offer of a light bite and brunch plate with unlimited Prosecco for £25. Bottoms up.
