Andiron Steak & Sea held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday night in Downtown Summerlin. The newest addition to the west side is from husband and wife team Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla and opened Tuesday to the public, but some guests experienced a sneak peek on Saturday night.
Notable names in attendance, HGTV’s Antonio Ballatore, Pawn Stars’ Rick Harrison, Flipping Vegas’ Amie and Scott Yancey, BMX pro Ricardo Laguna, nightlife guru Victor Drai, Congressman Joe Heck, Commissioners Larry Brown, Steve Sisolak and Susan Brager. Commissioner Brager also declared it Andiron Steak & Sea day presenting the restaurateur couple with a proclamation during the ribbon cutting.
