David Burke to be Culinary Kingpin at Bowlmor Times Square
There is something very exciting about Bowling and Haute Cuisine… and now Manhattanites will have the best of both worlds!
Bowlmor, a leader in entertainment bowling since 1938, announced today their collaboration with renowned Chef David Burke for their latest and greatest venture… a larger than life venue set in the heart of none other than the glamour and glitz of Times Square. The 90,000 square foot, 50-lane venue under the culinary direction of David Burke will be the ultimate woo for celebrities, tourists and perhaps even socialite bowlers.
“As we continue to be a leader in the upscale bowling industry, partnering with David was key to keeping Bowlmor’s brand fresh and exciting,” said Brett I. Parker, Vice Chairman and CFO of Strike Holdings, LLC “David’s creativity and passion meshes well with our vision to create a unique, upscale environment for our customers in Times Square.”
