
Haute Event: Happy Hearts Fund Gala 2014

On June 19 the Happy Hearts Fund Gala paid tribute to the 10 year anniversary of the Indian Ocean Tsunami at Ciprani 42nd Street, along with support from Clinique and Chopard. Founded in 2006 by model Petra Nemcova, the nonprofit rebuilds strong schools in locations that have been impacted by natural disasters. Thursday’s event honored President Clinton with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his extraordinary leadership and life-changing work that has impacted countless disaster-struck communities. Through successful ticket sales and high-end auctions, the Happy Hearts Fund Gala raised more than $2.5 million.
Prominent guests included Sheryl Crow, John Legend, Karlie Kloss, Coca Rocha, Donna Karan, Cameron Winklevoss, and Taboo.
