Haute Event: Shanna Moakler Celebrates Her Birthday at Crazy Horse III

Shanna Moakler celebrated her birthday bash at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club Friday night.

Wearing a sexy chain metal dress that she picked up on a past trip to Miami paired with Chinese Laundry heels, the former Miss USA sipped on champagne and Stella Artois with her entourage as she mingled and partied the night away at her VIP table.

Moakler was also celebrating the end of shooting her first season as the newest star of VH1’s popular “Hollywood Exes,” set to premier Wednesday, April 30.  Her friends sang “Happy Birthday” and toasted to the birthday babe as some of the club’s gorgeous entertainers showcased her three-tier custom birthday cake. As Moakler blew out her birthday candles, she wished for, “A vacation to Bora Bora, a new pair of Giuseppe Zanotti heels and for her new season on VH1 to be a hit.”
