Donatella Arpaia, renowned restaurateur and founder of Eos, one of downtown Miami’s hautest eateries, celebrated the release of her new book titled “Donatella Cooks: Simple Food Made Glamorous.” She commemorated the launch with cooking demonstrations and wine pairings in the three new luxury condominiums at Viceroy Residences.

Guests indulged in a lavish menu including Martini Rossi Prosecco, Sauteed Spicy Cracked Olives, Donatella’s Popcorn, Donatella’s Mac & Cheese, Scampi Ribelli and Semifreddo.

Not only were attendees treated to fine cuisine but they also previewed Viceroy Residences and all its incredible amenities like the 28,000-square-foot spa, fitness center and theater room designed by Philippe Starck, two pools, and Club 50 designed by Kelly Wearstler.
