In honor of Small Business Saturday, Congresswoman Dina Titus visited MTO Café, where she spoke with owners Ben Sabouri, Matthew Moore and chef-partner, Johnny Church about the recent opening of their downtown restaurant. Titus enjoyed the MTO Mini Donuts topped with local honey and Fried Apple Rings smothered in cinnamon-sugar butter icing.
